Our HOA management department offers Community Managers with over 25 years of combined community manager experience that includes a wide range of start-up developments, single family, condominium and townhome communities. VRAM has the experience and tools to provide your community with the best management experience. Our focus in association management is to provide personal service. We strive to maintain open communications with board members and all vendors. We feel the best managed associations are the ones with an active and positive thinking board of directors who encourage member participation by establishing working committees. Our role is to implement policy established by the Board of Directors and to advise the board on management issues.
