we were first time renters. We had no idea how or what we were doing. We were very nervous to say the least. When we went in and talk to Joy she was very understanding and took the time to explain every step of the process. She made us fill at home and welcome. We had tried several other rental companies and got very rude people. If your looking for a great rental company, this is it. The whole office is very kind and happy doing their jobs.
