Application Instructions
When completing the application please note:
1. Each person 18-years and over who will live at the property must complete a separate application.
2. Original signed applications must be returned to our office, along with $35 application fee. This fee is not refundable.
3. Complete every line on the application; if something does not apply to you, indicate “n/a” or put a line through it.
4. When you return the application we also need:
a. 2 pieces of Identification from each applicant (we need to see the originals)
b. copies of recent pay stubs and/or other income receipts
